The checklist gives you tips and questions at each step to help you weed out the “low-effort” freelancers.
This is the EXACT process I have developed over years to ensure I am only working with the best virtual assistants, copywriters, designers and other freelancers.
My approach with hiring a freelancer is to test them first BEFORE I turn them loose on a big project like a major marketing campaign or designing a whole web site.
So I hire multiple freelancers, give them all the same or a similar task and pay them for 1-2 hours of work each. Then I compare the responsiveness and quality of the work of each freelancers before letting them pass on to my major projects.
