LinkedIn – the largest professional database in the world. While LinkedIn can be a great way to find prospects, LinkedIn lacks the ability to take notes, schedule follow-up calls, create pipelines and work with your prospects. To truly build authentic relationships and close sales, you need to get your prospects into your CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or app for true follow-up. Here is my Add to CRM review of this fantastic tool that lets you save LinkedIn contacts’ info to over 25 different CRMs.
What is Add to CRM?
Add to CRM is a Chrome extension that should work on most Chromium browsers.
Installing The App
You can download and install the Add to CRM app here.
Full transparency: The link for Add to CRM is an affiliate link. I only recommend tools I genuinely love and use in my day-to-day work, so I truly appreciate you supporting my independent content by using my link.
After logging in and installing the app, follow the instructions to link the app to your favorite CRM. In my case, I have linked it to my Less Annoying CRM app.
Using Add to CRM
Once you have Add to CRM installed, you will see an L icon in your Chrome extension for the “Linkless” extension as the app is called on Chrome. Just go to any Linkedin profile, click on the Linkless extension, and a pop-up window comes to gather the contact info. Then just click on the “Add to _____ CRM” option and it will automatically add the contact to your CRM. You can then open the contact in your CRM and take notes, schedule follow-ups, add them to groups, and sales pipelines, etc. See the Add to CRM review video above to see the app in action. There is also an example screenshot below.
