Add to CRM Review – Updated

Why am I doing a second Add to CRM Review? Because the founder, Philip McParlane just added so many great new features that my previous glowing review doesn’t cover, and I wanted to make sure that people considering the tool have all the information needed to make an informed decision.

For the purpose of this review, I am showing Add to CRM’s integration with Less Annoying CRM, (the current CRM I use) but Add to CRM will integrate with over 25 CRMs and tools, with more integrations being added.

What is Add to CRM?

Add to CRM is a Chrome extension that helps you capture and enrich contact information online from LinkedIn, Gmail, and Outlook, and save this information to your Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).

What Problem Does Add to CRM Solve?

LinkedIn is the biggest professional business database on the planet. Most professionals looking for prospects, partnerships, and collaborations use LinkedIn to find people to connect to.

LinkedIn is brilliant for finding and making connections, but Linkedin isn’t a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). To truly work with connections, take notes, schedule follow-ups, and add people to your sales and customer journey pipelines, you need to get the contact info out of LinkedIn and into your CRM.

This is where Add to CRM comes in.

Installing Add to CRM

Step 2: Connect Add to CRM to your favorite CRM

Using Add to CRM

Add to CRM adds a small button to the right of your browser when you visit a LinkedIn profile. Clicking on this button opens a side panel with information about the person from the profile.

And here is where the magic happens.

Profile Enrichment

Before adding to your CRM, Add to CRM checks other professional databases and looks for additional contact information that often isn’t on LinkedIn profiles, such as verified emails and phone numbers. This process only takes a few seconds, and if the tool finds verified emails and phone numbers, they will be added to the contact information.

Add LinkedIn Contact to your CRM

After the profile enrichment, you just click on the [Add to Your CRM] button (your CRM name will be listed here), and the contact is quickly added to your CRM. Then click on the [View in Your CRM] button to open up the new contact in your CRM so you can add notes, schedule follow-ups, add tags or groups, and add them to your sales pipelines.

What CRMs Does Add to CRM Support?

Add to CRM currently supports over 27 CRMs, and I am sure Philip will make that number obsolete soon.

The current list of support CRM integrations includes:

  • 1CRM
  • ActiveCampaign
  • Agile CRM
  • Airtable
  • CapRaise
  • Capsule CRM
  • Close CRM
  • Copper CRM
  • Fireberry
  • Freshworks
  • Gold-Vision
  • Google Sheets
  • Insightly
  • Keap
  • Less Annoying CRM
  • Monday CRM
  • Nimble CRM
  • Nutshell CRM
  • Ontraport
  • Pipedrive
  • Pipeline CRM
  • Pipeliner
  • Salesflare
  • Salesmate
  • Solve CRM
  • Spotler
  • Zendesk Sell
  • Zoho

Contacts Already Added

Another great feature is that if you visit a LinkedIn profile and it is already in your CRM, the blue icon on the extension button turns into a green checkmark, and you can click on the button to open the side panel and then see the contact in Add to CRM.

Clicking on the [View in Your CRM] button now opens the contact profile in your CRM, where you can now add notes, categorize the contact, add them to your sales pipelines, and schedule your next follow-up.

Beyond LinkedIn: Email Contacts

While the ability to add contacts from LinkedIn to your CRM is fantastic, Add to CRM doesn’t stop there. Add to CRM also lets you save contacts directly from your Gmail or Outlook email inboxes, again with a single click.

Pricing

Add to CRM has a generous free version that lets you add one person per day to your CRM. So you can pull 30 new contacts in each month for free.

The Standard ($27/month – $17/month paid annually) and Pro ($99/month – $59/month paid annually) versions both allow unlimited contacts to be added to your CRM, along with credits for profile enrichment to help find verified emails and phone numbers. Paying annually reduces your cost by 40%. For the amount of hours Add to CRM saves me every week, I find it an excellent investment.

Conclusion

Before using Add to CRM, I was always frustrated with all the copying and pasting I had to do to get LinkedIn contact info into my CRM. Since LinkedIn is a critical part of my marketing and outreach strategy, Add to CRM saves me many hours every week. Being able to add unlimited contacts into my CRM for as low as $17 per month when billed annually is well worth the price since it saves me 3-4 hours of work every day.
